Built for how eastern Melbourne actually lives.
Different projects want different things from a builder. A renovation lives on sequencing around a family still in the house; a new build lives on permits and program. Kiama plans against the project, not a single template.
Project types
Residential renovations
Room-by-room updates and whole-house renovations for homes that just need to work better for how you live now.
Home extensions
Single and double-storey additions that unlock space without the cost and disruption of moving.
New home builds
Knockdown rebuilds and new dwellings, managed from site works to handover.
Kitchen & bathroom transformations
The two rooms that date a house fastest, refitted as one coordinated job.
Outdoor living & decks
Decks, pergolas and alfresco areas that extend the house outward, properly footed and finished.
Small commercial fit-outs
Shopfronts, offices and small tenancy fit-outs for local businesses across the same region.
Permits & compliance
Checked before a trade sets foot on site.
Every site worker holds a current Construction Induction Card as a minimum. Beyond that, permits and insurances are confirmed against the scope before work starts, not chased afterwards.
Site safety requirements, inductions and supervision remain with the principal contractor or site occupier for each job. Kiama's role is making sure the paperwork and the people are ready before the first fixing is driven.
